Since 1993, owner Mike Labbe has run Primo Plumbing out of 528 Welton Street — the same shop, the same standards, the same phone number.
Mike's idea of the business is simple: do the work right, charge fairly, and keep your name worth something in the town you live in. While others profit by cutting corners or recommending work a customer doesn't need, Primo has stayed busy for over three decades by doing the opposite.
It's a family-owned shop, and it runs the way a neighborhood business should — the person who answers the phone is the person who does the work. Customers regularly mention dealing with Mike from the first call to the finished job, and the shop's 5.0-star rating across 161 Google reviews is what that adds up to.
Primo was also named a finalist for the BBB's Torch Awards for Ethics in 2025 — recognition the shop is proud of, and a standard it intends to keep working to.
